The Beach | Wednesday Morning
Jul. 6th, 2011 10:23 amSo there was some kind of... London situation going on outside. Maybe she would go check that out another day, but today, with no classes to attend and no reason to stay in her dorm, Miley grabbed a map and made a beeline for the beach. It was where she was most comfortable, and even if it wasn't perfect LA weather, she put on a T-shirt and shorts, left her phone in her room, and headed out there anyway.
Between the incessant messages from Vida ("And you're sure your roommate can't get into your closet?"), the relentless emails from Jackson (picture after picture of her room back home, ugh), and the increasingly excited texts from Lilly ("OMG!!! New cute boy at the Starbucks near my apt!!"), she wanted to be outside where she knew she could think. Water had always had a way of doing that for her. Now, if only this place had a Rico's or a pier or something.
[[Open beach, of course!]]
